Website Platform & Licensing:

Website fees do not include ownership or transfer of Planetscape or Variety Gem source code, databases, software, scripts, templates, administrative systems or platform files. The website operates within the Planetscape platform and is not transferable for use on third-party hosting.

Planetscape-provided stock photography, graphics and other third-party assets remain subject to their applicable licenses and are not transferred for reuse outside the Planetscape-hosted website unless separately licensed. Client-provided logos, photographs and original content remain the client’s property.
